Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. We value your time and ours, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in managing appointments.

Late Arrival: If you anticipate running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but keep in mind that excessive lateness may require us to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation: We kindly request a minimum of 4 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another valued client.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Late cancellations (Less than 4 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50%-100% of the scheduled service charge. This policy is in place to respect the time of our talented stylists and to ensure fairness to other clients who may be on a waiting list.

Communication is Key: Open communication is key to maintaining a positive salon experience for everyone. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are willing to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to discuss any unique situations, and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
